Remodeled beautiful casita in adult community, centrally located, close to rec centers and shopping. This casita is fully furnished with tasteful and comfortable decor. There is cable 32 ' TV, phone, internet, washer & dryer, and covered parking. Furnishings are new and the casita is spotless. There are ceilings fans in the bedroom, living room and patio. Relax or BBQ on the cozy patio (seating for 6) while watching and enjoying Arizona's spectacular, majestic mountains change beautiful shades of pink and gold in the late afternoon. There is also a gas fireplace on the patio for those cool eveings. There are lots of activities: hiking, swimming, golf, crafts, and much more. Shop and visit our art centers in Tubac, Patagonia, Bisbee or Nogales, Mexico for a fun day trip. Or just tour our beautiful country side with ghost towns, wineries and much more.

We are located in Southern Arizona 25 miles south of Tucson. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing, and bring your camera and binoculars. There is lots to see and explore. You will find Green Valley to be a peaceful relaxing community with lots of activities and friendly people. Enjoy hiking, biking, birding, sight seeing, shopping, golfing, sport & fitness activities, crafts, and dancing. We have several public golf courses for your enjoyment. You can also enjoy 13 recreation centers with each having heated pools and hot tubs. One center has an indoor pool. Several of these centers have fitness rooms, tennis courts, and craft areas and one center has an indoor pool. We have lots of blue skies with an average of 300 days of sunshine.

Our unit is modern and up to date. Counter tops in kitchen and kitchen floor has new tile and is beautiful Ceiling fans in bedroom, living room and patio. The patio has recently been beautifully tiled and we have a new full size gas grill and gas fireplace on patio on seating for 6.
