There was more than enough room for all 16 of us.The xtras (two air conditioners,two balconies) were absolute necessities for a group this large. It's very convenient to everything. On the Beach location was great.Very very clean place. We will be back!

  • We have Many wonderful Return Guests year after year.Top grade Cleaning company.Top quality furnishings.Spectacular Views.Some groups reserve 2 years in advance. All beds are in perfect condition. Glass walls and sliding Glass doors run the length of the Entire Penthouse. This makes for fabulous Views through out all rooms 24 hours a day. Excellent, September 6, 2009 By Harold Vore (Santa Claus, IN) We stayed with a party of 15. The two units were great. The owner was honest and responsive. All units in the complex are privately owned and well kept. Okaloosa is a great island. Beaches are almost as good as Siesta Key (best in the world). Price is much less. Destin is just far enough to easily get to and get away from. Most of the time, the pictures give a better image than reality. In this case, the pictures do not do this condo full justice. Nicely decorated, very comfortable. I've visited Daytona, Sarasota, Ft. Myers, Jacksonville...overall, this (Ft. Walton) was the best.
