Also named the third Best Family Vacation Award falling just behind Walt Disney and myrtle beach. This is a very quiet and private unit because it is located on the top floor, on the beach ,on the Famous 'Okaloosa Island'. The second front door is located at the elevator to the beach. Walk to the Pool and Beach areas is about 35 feet from the elevator. Unlike Destin Okaloosa Island is located off the main hwy (98) so there is no bumper to bumper traffic congestion all day every day. Beaches are also not wall to wall bodies. The Island beaches during the summer are the ultimate in vacation paradise; uncrowded, peaceful and quiet.
CARIBBEAN BEACHES: The Emerald GREEN, 80 Degree CRYSTAL CLEAR, CARIBBEAN WATER and SUGAR WHITE SAND BEACHES always make for the perfect vacation. Ft. We enjoy the evenings as much as the days and the views from the unit and two balconies were incomparable day and night. The furnishings were nicely appointed and comfortable. The pool and beach were perfect. You could walk the beach for miles and miles with no one around. peaceful and relaxing.
