As if you needed more reasons to come see some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, here are a few more. Located on Panama City Beach attractions like Ripley's Believe it Or Not, Shipwreck Island water Park, Rock-it-Lanes and a brand new 'The Grand' movie complex at Pier Park. With numerous beaches heading West towards the outlet malls in Destin you are sure to find lots to do. All within decent driving distance, you have Historic Downtown St.Andrews,with lots of unique shops and restaurants. Downtown Panama City, that is known for great local concerts in the park, Friday night fest, beautiful marina, and great parks. Panama City Mall is filled with various shops to choose from. If you don't feel like driving, there is a trolley that runs all day long from the beach to town and back.

I would like to thank Kim for a wonderful vacation. The description was very accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc. The property was clean and well-maintained, sprinklers for the yard, lights for the cabana, and the pool light were on timers. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a home atmosphere to stay at this location. We were with a ball team that played in the World Series and everyone that visited us loved this house. It was so nice pulling in the driveway (not a huge parking lot where you have to find a parking spot) and being able to walk right in without having to wait on elevators. One reason we stayed at this house was because of the pool in the backyard. When you are playing ball you never know what time you will get home from the field and it was nice knowing that our pool never had a closing time. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is looking for a great deal with so much to offer.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
