Our spacious 2-story villa offers possibly the best view in Evian with windows on 3 sides. We are perfectly located in the community, and in addition to featuring spectacular views of our 4-acre lake we are only a minute walk to the 6 lighted tennis courts and fabulous swimming pool facility. Evian is connected to a beautiful private beach club by a 1-mile road and bike path, with plenty of free parking and bike racks. The private beach is supplied with beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. We pride ourselves in having created a home that is comfortable, charming, well-maintained, and delightfully relaxing. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the home has been professionally decorated. We stay in this property often, and so we've created an atmosphere that would truly resemble our home away from home.

Evian in particular is admired for it's French Chateau architecture, private verandas, spacious floor plans, abundant wild life, and some of the most beautifully manicured grounds of lush vegetation and flower beds. Evian is connected to Shipyard's beautiful private beach and beach club by a 1-mile road and bike/walking path, with plenty of free parking and bike racks.
