Carmel charm is abundant as you walk up the cobblestone drive into a private Carmel Stone front yard with hot tub. Walking inside the newly remodeled home of 1200 sq. feet, you will find the main living and dining areas, one bedroom with queen bed, a bathroom, and kitchen. Off the kitchen is an outdoor deck with bar-b-que. Downstairs opens onto a private yard with swing hanging from a majestic oak tree. In the downstairs interior, you will find a bedroom with queen bed, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. The downstairs area also has a split bathroom. Please call or email for rates.

Description of the property was very accurate and owner provided detailed instructions of the location, where to find key, etc. He was very accommodating and offered his recommendations for good restaurants, activities etc. in the area. I would definitely recommend the property to friends and would stay there again. Supplies were low in terms of essentials - toilet paper, paper towel, wash clothes in bathrooms and hangars in closets. We had to purchase these items and we left them there for the next visitors. But all in all, would recommend the home as a great vacation rental. Was a good central location to explore from Big Sur to Pacific Grove.

This property was comfortable, clean, well equipped and conveniently located. Layout of the house was ideal for two couples, with one bedroom and bath on the main floor and one bedroom and bath on the lower floor.

The house was located on a quiet street quite close to shopping and restaurants. The hot tub, gas fireplace and back yard with a swing were added positives. The owner was responsive and available by phone to answer questions.

We had a great time and would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area!
