Club Cortile’s open plan design creates a spacious tastefully furnished living area in which to read, watch a DVD or TV or simply relax and leads out through patio doors onto a screened lanai with table and chairs. Adjacent to the living area is a separate dining area for family meals. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. All crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans are provided. There is also a large closet for storage behind which is a utility area with washer and dryer. The luxurious heated resort pool with generous sun deck and seats/sun beds is situated at the rear of the clubhouse with the children’s play area on one side and tennis and basketball courts on the other.
