Rustic lakefront cottage with all amenities including, new linens and towels, air conditioning and private dock. Motor boating, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, swimming, fishing, at your door. Peaceful and serene - enjoy the new fountain water feature. Walk to live bait shop, mini golf, soft ice cream and deli. Volleyball, whiffeball and hiking trails. Level grassy lawn area to beach. Full afternoon sun on water until sundown. Gradual slope in the water is great for children and the elderly. Float anchored in deep water for lounging and diving. Canoe or 2 kayaks included with life vests, paddles and seat cushions included. Plentiful wildlife - Canada Geese, Great Blue Heron, Beaver, Phoebe chicks in nest. One mile to country club for golfing and dining. 3 miles to town for groceries, restaurants, 20 minutes to outlet shopping and swim quarry in Manchester. Half hour to Six Flags Park 45 Minutes to Killington mountain biking. Sorry no pets, smoking on porch only please

A curtain divides these two rooms. Private dock, picnic table, BBQ, hammock, swim raft and single man kayak, double kayak and canoe. Volleyball, whiffle ball, hiking trails, canoeing, fishing and swimming in shallow to deep water with gradual slope, swim float. Walking distance to live bait shop, convenient store, to mini-golf, soft ice cream and deli. Spectacular view of Fireworks Display on July 4th

Swimming area is excellent for children as there is a very gradual slope to the drop off. There is a private dock for your boat and a swim float. A canoe comes with the rental. Walking distance to live bait shop, convenient store, deli and mini-golf.
