Mahalo!
As soon as I saw this property, I knew that it was 'the one.' It reflects to me, the true Hawaiian style of living. Country style next to the ocean! I made sure the property would have all the amenities for the traveler so no effort is wasted in pursuing the 'creature comforts' of a home away from home. My kids and I enjoy our property many times a year and we always get excited about going just like the first time!
Albert Sevilla purchased this house in 2008
This is an established vacation rental, being on Homeaway since 2008. Most of my business comes from referral and repeat business. This property gives you the best value for your money. I invite you to compare it to other properties in the area!.
The unique benefits of this vacation rental is value, value, value! A very reasonably priced vacation rental that is managed and cared for by a local property manager who is available to assist you!
We just returned from vacationing from 11 days of this beautiful home. Waking up every morning to the great ocean view from the master bedroom's bay window is very relaxing. This house is very clean and has alot of open space with a great lanai to view the ocean and have your coffee or cocktails. You can hear the beautiful sound of the waves, in your own island paradise. We visited many beaches while here and many of the shops. We also visited the Volcanos which were errupting. We saw a luau while here, but on the Big Island of Hawaii there is no way of getting Island fever here. My kids found many places to fish and boogie board, and the best part was that the gear was already at the house to use---Shaka Bra--. We've already booked this place for our summer vacation for next year and trying to figure out how to come back for Christmas. "Malekalikimaka"
Outstanding all around. We loved the location. Amazing ocean breezes. Fantastic views from all the windows. The place is much bigger than it looked in the pictures. Great open floor plan with tons of room. Highly recommend to everyone. Great value for the price paid. When you stay here make sure you take the brief hike to honomalino bay. It was a twenty minute hike to a secluded picturesque beach where we were the only ones there for hours. Pretty amazing hawaii moment. Some nice snorkeling to check out as well. No need to hesitate if you are browsing this rental. Sooooo worth it. Such a quiet area for sleeping and the sky at night was breathtaking. So many stars and you can see them so well. Also amazing sunsets every night we were there and we got to see some whales just swimming around in the bay. We loved it and are now thinking about buying property in the area.
This rental was great! It was very clean and provided nice dishes and cookware. The view is spectacular and it's a short walk to get a closer view of the water. We got quite the whale show one day! The area is fairly remote so be sure to get your supplies (like food) before heading there since it's close to 30 min from the nearest grocery store. We really enjoyed the place and highly recommend it!
Had a wonderful stay for our anniversary at Sevilla by the Sea- the sunsets in this location are amazing and the residents are very friendly. We enjoyed the stay as well as the property- great deal for the price paid.
We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to those who like peace and quit. We liked it very much and had a great stay.
Absolutely everything I could have thought to need while staying on the Big Island, from fishing poles and snorkel masks to ponchos and a full kitchen. Gorgeous views from living room and bedroom. I was surprised by the 3 mile drive down steep switchbacks from the highway to the house and also, never having been to the Big Island before, by the fact that the house is actually on an old lava flow and not surrounded by what I had imagined of lush foliage. Only way to get around is with a car. But I loved it!
Punaluu Black Sand Beach is located approximately 33 miles away. South Point is the southern most part of the US and it is approximately 35 miles away. Have breakfast at Naalehu Bakery which boasts to be the southern most bakery in the US. Volcanoes National Park is 63 miles away and Hilo is 79 miles away. There are many road side shops, coffee stands, fruit stands along the road that you can also enjoy. Kailua-Kona night life is a short 33 mile drive and the Kona International Market Place is also in the area. Tour the Kona Coffee Farms that dot the country side of South Kona. Milolii is known for deep sea fishing and the 'last fishing village' is about 10 minutes away. Many secret beaches to explore within driving distance. Seasonal whale watching and beautiful sunsets can be viewed from the lanai.
