This cottage is close to everything that Chatham has to offer, as well as the conveniences you want nearby. It is within walking distance (1/2 mile or less) to the shops and restaurants in downtown Chatham, Oyster Pond Beach, Veterans Field (home of the Chatham A's and a large public playground), and the Chatham Seaside Links Golf Course. This charming 2 bedroom house also has all the comforts of home - 30'' flat screen TV (HD with HBO and NESN), wireless Internet, and a gas grill. The outdoor shower w/hot water is a great treat when you return from the beach. You can walk to the bank, the pharmacy, and the post office. The interior is decorated in white & light blue with touches of the seashore throughout. This house is the perfect getaway for a week during the summer or just a weekend in the off season. While sitting in an Adirondack chair in the back yard on a summer Friday night, you can hear the distant sounds of a Chatham A's baseball game and the Chatham band concert.

Perfect family cottage!

We have visited this cottage three times as a family of 6. Each vacation week in this perfect cottage has been the highlight of our summer. Walking to the Chatham A's games, playing on the school playground, walking into town, and spending our days at the nearby beaches keep us busy during the days...coming back to this pristine cottage to unwind at the end of the day by tossing a football or cooking on the grill makes it the perfect place to stay! We are already booked for next year too. Our 4 boys wouldn't want to spend their summer vacation anywhere else!

We had a great week and the house so well equipped for our family. We absolutely the loved the outdoor shower which was great after days at the beach! The house is in a great position and so close to everything hence we were able to walk to most places.

Perfect Chatham House with a Perfect location

We stayed here for our family vacation in September of 2009. This home is walking distance to a great playground, Oyster Pond (a perfect beach for toddlers), and downtown Chatham. The outdoor shower is amazing... A perfect place to clean off after a long day at the beach. The home is super cute and very comfortable (well-maintained and clean). Plenty of space for a family of four... we were even able to fit two pack and play's in the secondary bedroom. Great backyard for grilling and playing. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with too! I highly recommend this home! I wish we could go back this year.

This house was perfect for us and our two small children. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved be able to walk to town and being a short distance from the beach. My son loved the bunkbeds and the outdoor shower!

Adorable Chatham Retreat

My husband and I stayed here August 9-16. The cottage is small but clean and neat as can be. The owner has done a wonderful job decorating and really capturing that Chatham charm. A short walk to the shops and cafes of Chatham Center, a longer walk to beautiful Lighthouse Beach. Fabulous outdoor shower. Bright and cozy little cottage. We really enjoyed our visit.
