The beautiful “twin” beaches with their pristine sands (without pesky pebbles or rocks!) are perfect for adults and children who enjoy snorkeling, swimming, laying by the beach and more. There are also 3 private pools and a hot tub available to all guests. If you get hungry, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican cuisine of the casual dining at La Palapa, located onsite under the thatched roof on the water. You can also enjoy a trip on a “panga” a small boat that picks you up on the beach and takes you to the amazing rock formations called “Los Arcos” – a famous and magical place to snorkel. Keep going south along the coast for the 15 minute boat ride to Boca de Tomatlan and enjoy lunch on the sand in this authentic and charming little Mexican village with attentive service.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Paypal (all major credit cards), direct bank transfer, personal or cashier’s checks all accepted.
  • The rental rates are ALL INCLUSIVE. There are no additional fees for tax, cleaning, bottled water, etc. Maid service includes a daily towel change and a mid-week sheet change. Additional maid and cook services available upon request. Wireless internet is available in the condo and is free as are local calls and unlimited beach towels. Long distance phone and additional beach rentals (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) available for additional fees.

    A deposit for 50% of the rental amount is required to hold a reservation. The balance payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. For reservations made for an arrival date less than 30 Days, the total amount is then due at the time the reservation is made.
  • Security deposit: in lieu of cash, a credit card authorization (i.e. not a credit card charge) is required to cover potential damages. Renters will be held financially responsible for any property damages due to their negligence. Long distance phone charges that are incurred (not part of the daily rental rate) will be invoiced after your stay and if payment is not received within 30 days will be billed to the credit card. Note: there are free long distance phone services and computers with internet access available for your use in the front office 24/7.

  • The bathrooms have been recently remodeled with marble finishes. There is one located within each bedroom and a half bathroom in the small room off the kitchen - great for kids or guests.

  • La Pacifica Suite is furnished with a King Bed and has a terrace overlooking the beach and the building’s Infinity Pool. Watch the sunset over Los Arcos and let the gentle sounds of the Pacific Ocean lull you to sleep. La Sierra Suite is decorated in playful, vibrant Mexican colors and has vast views of the Mexican Riviera – a jungle of green rising above the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the spectacular sunrise over the lush mountains from the two full-sized beds. There is a third 'utility' room which has bunk beds and a half bathroom. Please note, this room is quiet, clean and comfortable, however, it is also where the water heater, washer/dryer and supplies are located. All the mattress and bedding are brand new and each bedroom suite has its own marble bathroom.

The common areas consists of parking, lush tropical gardens, 3 large pools, entertainment area and direct access to the nicest, if not the most desirable, beaches in Puerto Vallarta called Playas Gemelas. These purely sandy beaches are well maintained with ample swimming areas, fishing and snorkeling opportunities. There is also a nursery adjacent to the beach where the endangered Olive Ridley turtle's eggs are protected and then released into the wild upon hatching.
