There is also a double pier/boathouse with lifts and refrigerator plus furniture on the dock! Great fun, and good water for using the canoe - large 17'. Full refrigerator at dock. Also fan and roof over table and chairs there- 2 Boat lifts for Guest to use, one for pontoon boat and other is std V-Hull lift. Sandy beach area-for children.
