Located in the lush tropical setting of the gated community known as Puamana on Maui's west shore. This spacious and updated home has 2 master bedrooms that are oceanfront. The other 2 bedrooms are mountainside. Of the 3 bathrooms, two have walk in showers. The home is fully air conditioned and also has ceiling fans. This end unit is very private with neighbors on one side only. It is in one of the best locations in Puamana...very quiet yet close to beach access. Enjoy spectacular and unobstructed views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai while you BBQ from your lanai. This home comes fully equipped, complete with patio furniture, 3 TV's, cd/dvd player,IPod dock, safe, hair dryers, internet access, dishwasher, wet bar, and a spacious kitchen filled with all your cooking needs. It is about a 45 minute drive from the Kahalui airport to the west shore of Maui where my home is located. Follow the signs to Lahaina. It is about a 15 minute stroll into Lahaina town where you will experience some great restaurants, shopping, art galleries and ocean activities . Notes: You are going to love this home! It is absolutely the BEST location in Puamana. The home is an end unit with neighbors on one side only. It is very quiet and private. The best surfing is at your doorstep. Or maybe you would rather boogie board or simply rest on your lanai and watch the sunset. The clubhouse that has an exercise room, lending library and wireless internet, is just over the footbridge from your home. There are 3 swimming pools to choose from, tennis courts, badminton courts. The clubhouse can be reserved for special events. My home is fully equipped for all your needs while you are away from home. All meals can be cooked in the kitchen that faces the ocean or you may decide to walk to Lahaina for a sumptuous meal at one of the many restaurants in town. Casual attire only of course! This home is great for families and groups of friends.Close to all the activities the beautiful island has to offer. You will want to return year after year! Aloha!

We had a wonderful time visiting Maui and staying at Puamana 136-1! It was perfect for our family of 10 (with 5 children under the age of 6). We thoroughly enjoyed exploring Lahaina and nearby beaches in the mornings, while whale watching/relaxing on Puamana & napping children in the afternoons. Baby beach, Napili Bay, Reef Dancer glass bottom boat and the Sugar Cane Train were some favorite memories of the kids. Thank you Cathy!

Dear Cathy,
We can't say enough about your condo on Maui. Literally a stones throw away from the water. Getting to listen to the ways roll in every night, you couldn't ask for a more peaceful setting. The views are great and you get to watch whales and sea turtles all while relaxing on the lanai. You couldn't ask for a better location, close to resturants and shopping and still having the privacy of a home. All the amenities that make you feel at home. Thank you for opening your home up to us and we can't wait until we are able to return.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at Cathy's home and had a wonderful time with our family - 7 adults and 2 toddlers.136-1 was even nicer than we imagined and had everything we could have needed including boogie boards and sand toys for the grandchildren. The location is perfect- steps from the ocean and we enjoyed most of our meals out on the lanai, watching the whales, and sunsets. Lahaina's shops and restraunts were minutes away and great for exploring. We had a fantastic holiday here and will miss falling asleep to the sound of the waves.

Your condo in Puamana is very nice with a beautiful setting. The grounds and ocean view is perfect, just what you expect Hawaii to be. Me and my 2 friends were celebrating our birthdays and had a wonderful time watching the whales, relaxing and just visiting.

Cathy, we really had a great time in Maui, touring the Lavender fields in Kula, eating breakfast at LuLu's and having the Portugese donuts, having a fabulous massage at the Hyatt Regency, and relaxing on the lanai at Puamona #136. The condo was very nice and convenient to shopping and great restaurants. We especially enjoyed watching the whales and the beautiful sunsets. Our 65th birthdays and the fabulous trip to Hawaii will always be remembered. Thank you.
