Our two homes are the only rentals in the community. Quiet, peaceful location, close to all activities but away from noisy tourist activities. Paved roads & drive - Great for Motorcycle Groups!
Activities year-round. Skiing at nearby Cataloochee or Sky Valley (40 min).
December dates available - ride the Smoky Mountain Train, do some Holiday shopping, cut your Christmas Tree at any of nearby tree farms.
Share the Expense of Vacation:
Bring along another couple or two, or family and share expenses. Less than the cost of hotel rooms. Hotel rooms shared with your children can be stressful, and eating out every meal gets expensive, you'll save by being able to eat in and pack a picnic.
This home allows each couple, or family privacy. The lower level is great for separate area for kids/teens. One large room with 2 twins, queen sleeper sofa, 42' TV, DVD, full bath. Enjoy time together while maintaining personal space. This area is also great as a private couple guest suite.
