Guestbook comments from the manager
Juliet, our family had a wonderful time here on the Big Island and enjoyed your lovely villa!! It's 4pm on Tuesday, 3/30 and all of our children and grandchildren have left for home. Only Sandie and I are here and we want to say that this vacation home was perfect. Please feel free to use me as a reference should the need arise.
I called the caretaker today and left a message suggesting that if they wanted to clean the other bedrooms today or tomorrow morning, it would be ok with us.
Everything is in order and there were no accidents.
Your internet service works great -- I'm in the lanai area now.
One question-- is that your mother with you and your sister? Which one is you -- reclining or standing?

I am the daughter of the homeowners and manage the property with my sister (finances) and in-island caretaker (SOO important)
Our home is so unique and personal, my father planned every detail of this home, the first and only vacation home he has ever owned. It is his paradise, with lots of great plantings and peaceful views. My father loves drama and has fanciful bead lights in many hidden places. The architect, Lucky Bennett, showed my father many traditional open-air homes which my father loved, but my father also wanted a second floor for greater views. My mom and dad shopped all over the Hawaiian islands to decorate the home with fine Asian antiques, including the centerpiece Day bed where my mom is often found reading a book. We hope your family will enjoy this home as if it were your own. Through this home, our family has gathered for many special occasions, my brother's wedding, the wedding of a close friend and more. Our guests have been married, celebrated golden anniversaries and even filmed commercials here.
Unique privacy and easy access to the great Mauna Kea Beach hotel beach, the best beach on the island. We also love the new Hapuna pool and golf course, as well as the fitness center. Our fruit orchards are a delight. The chaddar waterfalls and the koi fish delight the senses. We can see both ocean and mountains while lounging at our endless rim pool.
