With beautiful views of the Caribbean sea and surrounding hills you are sure to relax in this one-of-a-kind getaway only steps away from Pelican Beach. Enjoy marvelous sunsets and passing cruise ships in luxurious furniture on the spacious patio. Our exquisitely furnished and fully air-conditioned condo features a 42' LCD TV and two Queen-size sleeper sofas in the living room, dining table, washer/dryer, a bedroom with King-size bed and 26' LCD TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with filtered water and ice maker. Other amenities include a large common beach front pool, beach chairs and a cooler for the beach. In case this condo is already booked we might have a similar second condo available! Rental car: after arrival at the airport you’ll receive your rental car from one of the biggest and most reliable car rental companies on the island. It only takes you 10 min. to get to the airport and 15-20 min. to Dutch Philipsburg and French Marigot, the two capitals. The island of St. Maarten has something for everybody, whether you want to relax or you like an active vacation. There are over 30 beaches from quiet to lively. Activities include swimming, snorkeling, diving, sailing, jet-skiing, shopping, zip-lining, horseback riding, golf, mini golf, tennis etc. You can also take day trips to the neighboring islands of Anguilla, Saba and St. Barth's.
