The exterior is completely screened-in offering a private heated pool and spa. With our 'South' exposure, you'll enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout the day. Experience breathtaking sunsets from our newly completed 95' dock that extends 20' outward on the waterway. The half bath is conveniently located in the center of our home, great for visitors to use. The cabana bath is located downstairs in the lanai area. It has been updated with custom tile and creative nautical decor. It's overhead shower is the BEST!!!

Wake up to a breathtaking water view from the large bay windows or better yet open the sliding door and enjoy your breakfast on the veranda. The Roman suite, features a queen-size bed and plenty of space with double entry doors facing the waterway. The Palm suite, '2nd Master', features a king-size bed, large walk-in closet w/small office desk, and 32-inch Flat Screen TV. The Safari suite, is used as a bedroon and daytime reading area. It has a large futon/sofa with storage and a twin bed. All rooms have TVs and a mix of VHS & DVD's. The Great room is equipped with a 52-inch Flat screen, surround sound system stereo system, VHS\DVD combo. Video library provided. Relax in style with 'Decora' leather love chair with dual recliners, large sofa w/queen size sleeper and a reclining chair.
