The DreamHouse is located in Santa Cruz, California. Beautiful cliffs and sandy beaches surround it. A panoramic view of the Monterey Bay and Pacific Ocean can be enjoyed. The DreamHouse is well-known for its beauty and uniqueness. From large windows looking over the ocean, dolphins and pelicans can be seen swimming nearby. White water crests against the rocky cliffs on the nearby seashore. The DreamHouse is open for rental anytime of the year with unlimited durations of stay. Nearby attractions include the National Bridges State Park, the Monarch Butterfly, and the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Cruise down to Monterey, and visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, Carmel and take the 17 mile drive.

  • 10% Santa Cruz City Tax
  • We required a $500 security deposit and it is fully refundable. We accept credit cards payment and PayPal. The Dream House must be left clean and ready for the next guest. If additional cleaning is required it will be deducted from your security deposit. If you do not want to spend the last day of vacation cleaning, we do offer a cleaning service for $40.00 an hour.

Beautiful views some noise and smells

The location of this home is perfect if you don't mind the low to moderate traffic on Highway 1. The advantages ie the views outwaited the noise for us. We also loved that we could ride our bikes everywhere since we had easy access to the bike routes along highway 1. The house is beautiful but it also had an un pleasant order. Not sure if this was coming from the ocean or the septic. Over all my family and I had a good relaxing time.
