Come and enjoy Panama City Beach at Gulf Highlands. Our unit is clean and well maintained, with comfortable furnishings, new carpeting and new gas BBQ grill. This unit backs directly to a heated pool. Watch the kids swim from the patio or living room! 3 TVs, full cable and DVD player.

Free mini golf and tennis (bring your own equipment)

This unit is one of the much sought after “Glass Back” units facing south. Relax on the rear patio/garden area just steps to the pool.

Unit has a fully furnished kitchen, breakfast bar and large living room/dining area and washer/dryer.

Gulf Highlands Beach Resorts boasts 10 pools, shuffleboard, tennis courts and putt-putt golf. The resort is a gated community, directly across from the street from the Gulf. A short 5 min walk will get you there where you will enjoy the white sandy beach. In addition, there is a beach club house with a pool and sun deck directly on the Gulf that is yours to use...

What to do?: At the clubhouse, is a concession area for refreshments.

There are a number of restaurants nearby as well as attractions such as Ripley’s Believe it or Not museum, Zoo, Sailing, Boating, Fishing, Movies, Jet Skiing, Parasailing, and shopping ---many within walking distance. Dont forget to visit the New Pier Park Shopping area

Free mini golf and tennis in the resort (bring your own equipment)

More Comments: What a WONDERFUL Place! We had such a fantastic time and your condo could not be more perfect! The heated pool was so perfect for my two little fishes especially since it was in the 50's and 60's the first 3 days! They played in there for hours every day and I couldn't believe how many kids were there for them to play with! The security was wonderful especially with it being Spring Break and we LOVED having the gated beach house with pool available too! I highly recommend this rental property. It is clean and relaxing. While not directly on the beach, it is refreshing short walk to it. The property is an ideal location as everything you want to do is close by. There is Gulfworld, Pirate Cruise, Pirate mini golf, St. Andrew State Park & Shell Island, Pier Park, and so much more! The food in the area was so good! I will definitely return!

Great Place to stay!!!!

My family stayed at this condo from Aug.1st until Aug.8th. We had a wonderful time. We loved the pool being right outside the patio door. The pool was never overcrowded. The property is well maintained. We used and enjoyed the amenties package. My husband went deep sea fishing. He had a great time and caught some nice fish. My daughter and I went to Gulf World. We had an awesome day. My son and his friend went to Ripley's. They had a nice time too. They enjoyed the 4D movie. There is a short walk to the beach but its not bad. The condo itself is nicely furnished and clean. We enjoyed having 2.5 baths. I loved having a washer and dryer. If you have children you understand how nice that is and convenient. I have stayed in places where I had to spend one day at a laundrymat. That isnt fun!!! The kitchen is fully stocked with applicances. (Blender, toaster, coffeemaker, cockpot,etc.) I have and will continue to tell family and friends about this condo. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT SUMMER!!!!!!!!!!

A Wonderful Time was had by all!

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your condo! It had everything we needed! We loved the heated swimming pool just steps outside and we could sit on the patio and watch the kids swim along with all the other kids that were there too. The 24 hour security made us feel very safe along with all of the neighbors that were just so nice! Having use of the beach house with snacks and a pool right on the beach was so perfect also! Thank you again and we will definitely be staying with you in the future!

my family and i rented this condo in april 2008!! we have a very nice stay here the unit was clean very roomy and the property was very quiet relaxing. i was also very impressed with their security and how polite the staff was!!!! you can bet i will be staying here on my next visit to pcb!!!!!! thanks again for a delightful stay!!!!!

I just wanted to thank you for renting your condo in Panama City Beach to us. We arrived late Saturday night and had an excellent week. Mike and I golfed at the Hombres golf course and we did fair. I fished at the state park and caught red drum two days in a row. I'll keep you in mind anytime we make plans in Fla. . Thanks again.
