Located in private Royal Palm Bay, our Disney Area Vacation condo is only 5 miles from Disney! Our condo offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, is fully furnished and conveniently located on the ground floor. Offering 1300 sq. ft of living space our condo sleeps up to 6 people in bedrooms and 2 additional in a pull out sofa in the living room. The full kitchen overlooks the dining room and living room providing an open entertaining area for the whole family. Our condo is conveniently located directly across from the clubhouse and pool.

Our condo was perfect for our trip- plenty of room, 2 baths and very clean!! The on-line description was very accurate. It was a pleasure to do business with Shelley,she was very accommodating.I would definitely reccommend this to my friends. You are just minutes away from Rt. 192 (plenty of restaurants, shops, etc.) and 20 minutes from Disney

Enjoyed my stay

The property was clean and accomodating and a good price. There were a few cosmetic things that the owner should look into repairing. The knob on the shower was hard to turn and was very loose from the wall (but it still worked and I love the big showers), there is a slight leak in the ceiling about the toilet in master bathroom (didn't really notice this until 2 days prior to leaving and in those 2 days occupants in the condo above us came - so may have something to do with that), door on dresset of the 1st bedroom was broken, and I would have like for the door in master bedroom to be able to lock it, lights in both closets needed to be replaced, I replaced the shower curtain in one bathroom (kid's showere) because of mold/mildew on the bottom and the one in the master had mold/mildew on the fabric shower curtain. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the living room furniture. I didn't like the carpet color...probably because I had some like that before and I hated it :0) . Even though there are a few cosmetic repairs needed we enjoyed our stay and I would come back.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and close to the attractions and restraunts. Shelly was very nice and I can't wait until our next trip, we will use her again
