This luxurious villa is set on a spacious and wonderfully secluded plot within the well kept and peaceful community of Rotonda West. The villa has two exceptionally spacious master suites so would even be suitable for two families wishing to enjoy a vacation together. Everybody gets the best room in this tastefully decorated villa! Soak up the sun on the pool deck or relax in the hot spa, whilst watching one of SW Florida's stunning sunsets. For those of you with small children a pool safety screen is provided. Inside the villa you may chill out in the lounge with a book from our selection or watch the latest DVDs on a 46 inch TV screen. Kids...there is a playstation2 with a selection of games. In the garage, which is also air-conditioned, you can play table football game or pool. Two adult bikes are also provided for your use.

Rotonda West is a peaceful community of green belts, canals, lakes and golf courses. Nature lovers will be thrilled with the diversity of wildlife, some which you may see from your own villa; birds of prey, herons, egrits, armadillos, tortoise and more. The beautiful coasts of the Gulf of Mexico, with numerous inland waterways and barrier islands, provide an exceptional number of gorgeous beaches (all are safe for small children). Dolphin spotting and beach combing for shells and sharks teeth provide hours of fun. Beach fishing is popular, but you may also charter your own boat for a deep sea fishing trip or simply take up the offer of a day trip to one of the islands to lounge on the beach and have a BBQ. Shoppers won't be disappointed; there is an impressive collection of shops at the Mall in Port Charlotte (20 min drive), and the factory outlets at Sarasota and Fort Myers are within an hours drive.

Comfortable Seclusion

Lovely villa, furnished to a high standard. We had a very comfortable stay.

The little things made a huge difference to our stay, such as a cool box, parasol, beach chairs and bikes in the garage.

Highly recommend nearby Gasprilla Island.

Secluded and peaceful - just pefect for unwinding..........
The property was just as described and the owners very accommodating.
With two separate families staying, having 2 master suites was great. We both felt we had the best room!
The house was equipped with everything we needed and after the long sunny days, the pool was a real welcome home feature.
The free of charge solar heating for the pool was a boon - temperature never dropped below 87 F and, if you left the cover on, at 96F swimming before bedtime was so relaxing.......
Would certainly use the property again when next in the area.

A fantastic villa, comfortable, clean, a lovely peaceful location. The perfect ending to a manic 2 weeks in Orlando, such a contrast, wonderful beaches, great for dolphin spotting. The people in this area seem genuinely nice and helpful. I would recommend this villa to all types of holiday maker.

This is a fantastic modern villa with an extremely large pool and adjoining Jacuzzi. The property is very well equipped with everything you require for a great holiday including bicycles, pool table, beach chairs and brolley.
For golfers, it is ideally placed for several courses on the Rotonda complex, the best of which is Long Marsh just a few minutes away. If you are prepared to play after 2.00 p.m. it's extremely good value for money.
The villa exceeded our expectations and is to be highly recommended.
