ELEGANTLY CASUAL CARIBBEAN STYLE BEACH HOME WITH SPECTACULAR HEATED POOL AND SPA

We came from Sweden and drove all the way from Wisconsin. It was definitely worth the travels. The pictures and information give an accurate description of the place. Everything was clean and convenient to access. The owners and service people were helpful, friendly and polite. The area had a small town feel to it. Plenty of malls and things to do nearby. My kids loved the pool and beach. My in-laws loved their separate sleeping area. The bedroom up in the tower was fantastic as well. Can't forget the back balcony where we ate all our meals while enjoying the warm wind and swaying palm trees.

Unfortunately, Tropical Storm Sandy came in and cut our stay short a day. Just bad luck but I think the next time we'll come a little earlier in the year.

We've tried to look for other places to stay in the U.S. but it's difficult, if not impossible when comparing to this place. Just wonderful.

We had a wonderful time with our family in this property. The house and pool was just as nice as you could see in the description and the pictures on the website.
The pool was great and our kids (age 9 & 13) loved it.
When we arrived the house was clean and well maintained.
It was great that there were umbrellas and beach chairs to lend for a day at the beach, there was even a cooling bag.
The owners was very helpful and supplied good information before arrival and also to our questions during the stay.
If we go back to Ft Myers Beach this will be my first choise to stay.

I knew from the photos & description that this would be a place we would love, and we did! It is a beautiful home with a wonderful layout in an AMAZING location! My parents met us (me, my husband, 10 month old & 2.5 yr old) at the house for a family vacation.
It is located between the two main resort/condo areas on the strip of Estero Blvd which meant the beach was pretty much to ourselves. There is a lot of walking traffic and people shelling along the shoreline but it's a great section of beach. We walked there multiple times a day with the wagon (provided) and beach equiptment (provided). It worked out wonderfully. When we were done with the beach we would come back to the house and jump into the pool/hot tub.
The layout of the house is great, our two year old LOVED the upstairs tower with bunk beds. He thought that was his little hideaway. Only thing I would have liked was window shades on the windows. It was extremely bright up there which ment he was up with the sun and couldn't nap there. The pack n play was extremely convienant to have available, which we used in the MSTR with our 10m old. The guest bedroom on the front of the house worked perfect for my parents with their own private bathroom. The living room was super comfy and the kitchen was a delight to cook in and met all our needs. The pool is very private and perfectly landscaped to block the wind.
There must have been a previous guest with a pet because we did find a few fleas, which did bother us some. However the owner was VERY responsive and dealt with it right away.
We truely enjoyed our time at this house and would definently come back! It is maintained very well and has all the amenities you could think of. The beds were very comfy, the layout was wonderful, and the place is decorated beautifully. It worked perfect for our little family!
A couple of our favorite things while staying at Ft. Myers beach; driving down to the pier at sunset, driving to Sanibel, eating breakfast at the Heavenly Biscuit, and of course shelling! Most of our best shells were found a the beach right by the house. After one day/night of storms it was INCREDIBLE the shells we found!
I really appreciated the prompt coorespondance with the owners as well. They were very informative and accomodating. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!
