Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the unit!!!! You smoke, you lose your rent money are kicked out of the unit!!! Beautiful 3/3 condo with great beach & sunset views from an over sized, west end unit patio that also overlooks the swimming pools of the complex. A short walk from this unit gets you to the beach, golf course, tennis courts, restaurants and many other activities. This unit is great for families with a 3rd floor view that keeps you in on the action with easy viewing of the pool area to watch the kids. There is a restaurant(Cabana Cafe) on premise that serves breakfast, lunch & dinner. You can also order drinks for sitting poolside.

The beach is a short walk away where you can take in the water, sun and when you need refreshing; you can walk to the beach front restaurant (Whales Tail) for lunch & drinks. For alternatives, you can shop at the near by Silver Sands outlet mall, entertain the kids at the Big Kahuna water park, rent jet skis, boats or take cruises down at the harbor. Schedule a day of fishing at the worlds luckiest fishing village in Destin or schedule a tee time at one of the many golf courses near by.

Beautiful Condo - wonderful amenities

This condo is outstanding! There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 2 large bedrooms have plenty of space and have very nice bathrooms with the master having a large garden tub. There is one smaller room with 2 twin beds. There isn't much room in there and only a closet so it really is designed for children use - not adults use since the 2 adults on this trip were squashed in there. I would suggest switching out the TV armoir for a chest of drawers or putting a small chest in the closet as there isn't any room to store anything.

The kitchen, dining and living areas are wonderful with plenty of space. The condo has wonderful soundproofing - did not hear any noise from neighbors or outside revelry. The wrap around patio is gorgeous and perfect for morning or evening gulf gazing. The 2 pools are great - there is one for kids, but found that kids were using both. The fitness facility is nice - not overly large, but serves its purpose. There is plenty of parking, but it was at a premium as can be expected over a holiday weekend.

If there is a downside, it's a little bit of walk to the gulf (picture a long city block) and you have to cross the street. Generally, it wouldn't be a problem, but in the heat carrying all your beach necessities it can be a bit of a haul. I suggest anyone staying here to bring a cart or beach wagon to help transport your goodies.

Definitely recommend staying here - this is perfect for extended families or couples vacationing together.
