Everything you need for a wonderful vacation is walking distance or a 5 minute drive. All amenities are no more than a mile and a half from the house. Bank Street Beach, lakes, Cape Cod bike trail, tennis courts, playground, band concerts, Cape Cod baseball (Harwich Mariners), restaurants, shopping, two golf courses. Beautiful modern multi level home, completely renovated. Central air conditioning. Wooded quiet neighborhood, dead end street, very little traffic or noise. Beautiful yard, large wrap around deck, outside shower, new beds, nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen. Microwave, iron, blow dryer, gas grill, picnic table, beach chairs, umbrellas, 3 TVs, DVD, VCR, games, books, internet. No pets.

This property has everything and is a vacation paradise for on and off season rentals. Bank Street Beach is an easy 1.5 mile walk, with sidewalks. The Cape Cod Bicycle Rail Trail is less than 1/4 mile from the house for biking or strolls. Also within walking distance is the Harwich Library, open to all, a beautiful park with a full playground and public tennis courts. Restaurants and convenience stores are within a short stroll as well. Harwichport with all of it's beautiful shops and restaurants is 1.3 miles from the house. Long Pond, largest freshwater pond on the Cape, is a 5 minute drive. Chatham and Orleans are about 15 minutes from the house. Brewster and the bay beaches with the beautiful sunsets is a 10 minute drive. The house is in a beautiful wooded, quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the off season with less crowds and a much reduced rental fee. The beaches are beautiful in the off season with buds sprouting in the spring and the leaves changing colors in the fall.
