Brewster Vacation Rental house

This property is fantastic! Importantly, the home was spotless upon arrival. There are four spacious bedrooms with three full bathrooms (and an outside shower - perfect for after the beach). The master bedroom also has a small room connected to it with a toddler bed. Open kitchen and eat-in area that flows out onto the deck and patio. From the backyard, a short path leads to the "pond," which, in all reality, is a small lake. Great for either swimming, fishing or exploring (the kids began to catch fish within the first 15 minutes). There is a rowboat, canoe and several kayaks (including lifejackets) to use. The tennis court across the street was well-maintained. Lots of room to play.

Brewster is probably the best keep secret on Cape Cod. Quaint and traditional, with many interesting shops and good restaurants. It's a great location from which to explore the rest of the Cape.

Brewster's bay beaches are excellent for small children. The water is much warmer than the ocean. When the tide goes out, the flats appear, allowing you to explore for all sorts of creatures.

The owners were very accommodating and live close by. A lot of TLC went into this home, and it shows. Overall, an excellent experience. Thanks for making our vacation a great one!
