With 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a living room and dining area, this Luxury Condo rental provides amenities like electric shutters (perfect for shade and privacy), a TV with DVD/VCR in each bedroom, a Flat Screen (42”) High Definition TV in living room with DVD and white porcelain floors and high quality rugs. Master bedroom (California King Bed) and 1 guest bedroom open directly onto the terrace overlooking the beach and the Pacific. Master bedroom 2 is located in the loft and has its own private bathroom as well. Bedrooms feature high quality, comfortable Mattresses and large Cedar closets. Bathrooms have showers and tubs, and floor-to-ceiling vanity mirrors. The kitchen is fully equipped, convection oven, coffee machine and a blender to enjoy your “Margaritas”. Getting to Imperial Beach: San Diego International Airport is located 11 miles to the northeast of San Diego. A car rental is recommended, but there is door to door shuttles and taxis for minimal costs. San Diego Trolley lines care take you all around San Diego to the malls, Convention Center and the famous Gas Lamp Quarters downtown San Diego. Us-Mexico border only 20 minutes driving distance.

Wonderful Stay

My family loved this house. The owners are very accomodating. We even had a beautiful bouquet of flowers on our arrival. The location was perfect, out the back and to the beach. My granddaughters, ages 4 and 6, loved the beach toys provided and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. We were very close to everything in San Diego and the surrounding area. I would defintely recommend this property to my friends and relatives, and hope our family will get to return in the near future.

An Outstanding Pleasure and Surprise

My family had a vacation of a lifetime. The accomodations played a big part in making our trip so memorable.
First, the pictures and descriptions of the property are well done and accurate. The property was immaculate, well-maintained and well appointed. The linens and mattresses are superb. The owners do an outstanding job providing for their customers and went out of their way to accomodate us. We were delayed in arrival due to airline glitches but they worked around our schedule. They truly provided outstanding service and desire to please their guests. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. The barbecue grill likewise. The condo has beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys. Not only are a washer and dryer available they came stocked with detergent and fabric softener.
You are convenient to I-5, taking you to San Diego and attractions like SeaWorld, the Zoo, the Wildlife Park, Point Loma, etc or you can head up the Silver Strand to Coronado. We did both as well as walked down the beach to the Imperial Beach pier. Also, downstairs and next door is a little cafe where you can grab a cup of coffee and a bite to eat if you feel lazy one morning.
The only downside is now my wife wants to purchase a mattress and linens which were in the master bedroom (and I agree!)
This is a great condo with outstanding owners and reasonable rates!

Our most favorite week of the year

We have rented now for 3 summers and love it. It is perfect is you want to explore the tourist side of San Diego or if you just want to stay put and enjoy the ocean and beach. It is very relaxing and very comfortable. Multiple family members have joined us during our week stays and have come back and rented on their own. It is perfect for every age. The kids love the beach, boogey boarding, skim boarding and trying to surf. We bring our bikes and take great rides to Coronado. The walks on the beach are extremely relaxing as well. Teresa and Manuel have everything there that you need and are very warm and welcoming to us everytime we stay. The meals we prepare and share on the patio are ever so delightful. We have even made friends with some of the locals. We look forward to coming back for many years to come.

Wonderful Luxurious Home Away From Home

My friend and I rented in late January of this year. We had both gone through a very difficult time with deaths in our families, so we needed a private relaxing retreat.

The very kind owners met us at the property, welcomed us warmly, gave us a tour of the home to show us how everything worked, and even had a tea, snack and wine bottle basket waiting for us! They warmly hugged us goodbye and bade us call if we needed anything over the week we were there.

The home is decorated beautifully - not too many knickknacks, just enough to make it homey and inviting. They thought of everything you could possibly need - Kleenex, extra towels, a wonderful bigscreen TV and DVD player, beach towels and even beach toys in case we'd had small children with us. Sparkling clean and well maintained. There are good locks and we felt safe here the entire time.

We enjoyed many of our meals on the sunny patio.

We had such a wonderful time, I couldn't think of renting anywhere else when I come back next time! I highly, highly recommend this property.

The only drawback is there is not a whole lot of things in walking distance (other than the beach). A restaurant or two and a seedy bar are about it. Bring your car, and go into nearby downtown Coronado to eat and shop and stroll.

A beautiful, huge condo on the beach

We have stayed twice at this upscale condo in the heart of Imperial Beach. It is a beautifully decorated, spacious end unit with added security features.
Everything was perfect and the owners are great hosts who live in the area. I highly recommend it.
