Getaway Waterfront Home on Beautiful Lake Leelanau

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean as a whistle and well kept. It is apparent that the owners appreciate their treasure and it is wonderful that they are willing to share it with others. The amenities offered here including computer, internet, and cable tv added to the enjoyment for those times when we weren't outdoors. The owners have thoughtfully provided many essentials including a well-appointed kitchen and many of the amenities that one would expect from a hotel. The lake house is conveniently located to all that the peninsula has to offer as well as being just a short distance from Traverse City. We loved relaxing on Lake Leelanau, docking our rented pontoon boat at the Bluebird in Leland for yet another delicious meal, shopping in the many beach towns, touring the area wineries, taking in the exquisite surroundings in Leelanau county, marveling at the Sleeping Bear Dunes, eating the many specialty local foods sold at Pleva's and Bunting's markets and Cherry Republic, experiencing new restaurants such as Art's Tavern, kayaking up the shoreline, enjoying morning coffee with the million dollar sunrise and watching the ducklings grow right before our eyes. I would highly recommend this rental property and can't wait to return.

We have had a tremendous time at this property for the past three years. The cottage is very clean and well equipped. We love going to Northern Michigan in the fall. Larry and Jackie are very accommodating and always call upon arrival to make sure that everything is okey. It is very definitely a part of our future travel plans! Thank You!
