Clearwater Beach: Clearwater Beach is one of the top 5 beaches in the U.S. The white-powder sand is softer than any you have seen! When you stay here, you are a short 3-block walk from it! Also within walking distance, is Pier 60, where a nightly “Sunset Celebration” takes place with street performers and local vendors. It is a great place to watch the sunset (if you are not on the rooftop terrace!). Clearwater Marina is also another great place to walk to find one of many great excursions like the Pirate Cruise, the Sea Screamer, para sailing, jet skiing, dolphin watching tours, fishing expeditions, or many other activities in Clearwater Beach. There are so many great restaurants in the area, you will want to try them all at least once. Many are within walking distance, or you can take the Jolley Trolley to any destination on the beach. If all the action wears you out, feel free to relax on the balconies, roof top terrace, or at the pool, overlooking the quiet canal.
Private Amenities: There are so many amenities in this place, you will be so pampered you will not want to leave! First of all, you have your own private elevator that will take you from the garage on level one up to the rooftop terrace on the fourth floor to take in the spectacular views of the Clearwater Beach area! Climb back onto the elevator to explore the other two floors of living space, which has 10 foot ceilings throughout, all new carpet on the 3rd floor and beautiful tiled floors on the second floor. Your kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops. Relax in the jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and new custom cabinets. It is stocked with all the items you need to enjoy your vacation. We even provide high-end linens on our brand new beds, and beach towels and beach chairs for your use while you are here. Just bring your bathing suit, and get ready for a great vacation!
Entertainment and Culture: This location is ideal for exploring all that Tampa Bay and the Upper Gulf Coast have to offer. Busch Gardens is less than an hour away, and Disney, Sea World, and Universal Theme Parks are just over an hour's drive from here. Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center and Ruth Eckerd Hall are just two of the auditoriums that offer great performances and concerts, and both are less than an hour from here. The Museum of Fine Art, and the Dali Museum (both in St. Petersburg) and the Tampa Museum of Art all offer great displays for those with discriminating taste. So no matter what kind of culture and entertainment you are looking for, you are sure to find it close by.
