1920's charming cottage community on 3 acres with room to play. Cozy cottage sleeps small but with a large front deck / smaller back deck and great picnic area in back with grill, it feels just right. Cathedral ceilinged great room with cable TV, 8' sofa and a sofa bed leaves plenty of room to spread out (even if it should rain) ; kitchen with eat-in area and alcove with sailcloth 'ceiling' and 2 daybeds. Separate bath with tub/shower &washer/dryer. Bedroom with new queen size bed, sleep sofa and gentle cross breezes. Outside shower for those sandy toes! Heater(if it should be chilly)and ceiling fan, portable fans and small a/c unit for the warmer days. Do as we do and get flowers upon arrival, from the nearby Stop-n-Shop and it will feel like home-away-from-home! Located south of rte. 28, off Ridgevale Road, 6/10 mile uphill from the beach. Can walk or drive to beach, friendly to children. Take nearby ferry to Nantucket. Close to Chatham and quiet family recreation.

Close to nearby National Seashore Park, Hyannis Music Fair, Wellfleet Flea Market, Chatham Fishing Pier, Chatham Lighthouse, Chatham Bandstand (Fridays in summer), quaint shops, antiquing, scenic views of multiple harbors with graying cedar shingle homes and businesses, A-League baseball under the lights, seal cruises, whale watching, deep-sea fishing, striper fly-fishing. Boat and day sailer rentals nearby. After a day by the water, enjoy succulent seafood in a variety of restaurants from the most casual to elegant. There's also golf, tennis and even a squash court around. Take children to water slides, trampolines or miniature golf and even go-carts!

Parking available, but limited. No boats or pets allowed. Parking on front lawn prohibited. We have other delightful cottages in group that, if available, can house different families to vacation together but allows every family their own space! Only a few weeks available as most of our renters are repeats. Better to book early, than to be too late!
