Up North Cabin within 2 1/2 hour drive of the Twin Cities & only 35 minutes to Duluth! This newly built cabin with Knotty Pine throughout has everything you will need to have a true up north experience. Quiet Lake with great fishing both in the summer and in winter. In the summer you can enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking, hiking, golf, and watching loons & eagles right off your private dock. In the winter the snow enthusiast will love that we are right on a snowmobile trail, and only 30 minutes to Spirit Mountain Downhill Ski Area. For those with quieter winter tastes we are 10 minutes from Fondu Lac State Forest with wonderful cross-country ski trails. We are also only 15 minutes from Black Bear Casino & Golf Course. However, you don't have to go far to have a quaint meal and grab your own groceries and supplies as you can walk right into Cromwell! This a great spot for a fun family vacation or weekend with friends!

Nearest Motorway: Hwy 210 & & 73 at 1 Miles

Cabin is on Island Lake near Fondu lac State Park. 35 minutes to Duluth and 15 minutes to Black Bear Casino. Enjoy a relaxing day on the lake catching northern and head into Duluth for great food and entertainment at night. There is something for everyone here. From the relaxing like fishing and reading on the deck to sightseeing in at Canal Park in Duluth or gambling at Black Bear Casino. Enjoy a hike in the forest or ride your ATV. In the winter it is the same. Enjoy the quiet of cross country skiing or in 30 minutes be on the slope at Spirit Mountain. Grab the snow shoes and take a walk around the lake or jump on your snowmobile on the trail just outside your door!
