Scott and Stephanie
This property was purchased in 1990 while I was serving in the military and based in Pensacola. I had always wanted to return to Pensacola after leaving there at the age of 9. Being able to actually live on Pensacola Beach was a dream come true. The property was destroyed in 1993 by Hurricanes Opal and Erin. It was rebuilt and improved by 1995. When my wife Stephanie came along in 2001 she began adding the womans touch that the property always needed. It was destroyed again in 2004 by Hurricane Ivan. This time we rebuilt from the ground up and took the time to put every feature imaginable for both renters and our own family. We feel great about what we have accomplished and based on our guest comments, so do many of our guests! We look forward to sharing our home away from home with all of you and hearing your comments.
We chose Pensacola because it is simply one of the nicest beaches in the world! I have seen the black sand beaches of the pacific and the pink sand beaches of Bermuda. I have been to the Philippines, Australia, Rio and everywhere in between and none of them compares to the sugar white sands of the Gulf Coast of the family friendly atmosphere and incredible sea food of Pensacola Beach!
