This community is located in safe part of Las Vegas, walking, jogging, running and biking outside the community is possible. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and a dozen within a short 5 min ride. Maid, Chef and limo services also available with this condo. Hot days and even hotter nights! This property is located on S. Las Vegas Blvd. As Vegas becomes more congested, the south strip offers the greatest ease of access to LV activities. Should you desire to tour Hoover Dam or go to Lake Mead this is a very easy place to start and finish your adventure. Red Rock Park is reached via Blue Diamond Rd which is only 1 mile away. South Strip feels more like old Vegas with less traffic and noise, but easy to access all of what Vegas has to offer. If you're new to Vegas, its more like the old days than ever before.
