Today is unfortunately the last day of an absolutely incredible holiday. First of all , the condo is amazing. My breath was literally taken away when I first walked in here. I never expected something as beautiful as this. I have to say that I kinda feel bad for anyone who experiences Puerto Vallarta in any other way, because this place is definitely top notch. The best part is definitely the balcony. The pool was so nice to have after having to climb what we now call the “cliff of death” (the very sketchy stairs just off the bridge) and you could stay in it late into the night. It was just perfect, and the view was an added bonus. There was nothing more unreal than watching the sun go down over the ocean, or seeing the fireworks of the pirate ship go off from the lounge chairs. Although I must admit I was a little creeped out when I saw that silhouette of a man with a flashlight on the roof of the unfinished building across from us one night. (security guard)
The great condo was only one of the factors that made this vacation so enjoyable. To anyone who comes here, I STRONGLY suggest going to the Puerto Vallarta Zoo. For 5 bucks extra , you can buy a bag of food and actually feed all the animals there except the carnivores. Being able to interact with all the animals was so awesome, and now I have full bragging rites to everyone back home. I also got to hold and play with two baby jaguars, Tommy and Chrystel, as well as there older sister and their lion friend. What an experience and they were all adorable.
To anyone who doesn’t get seasick, I recommend taking the 40 minute water taxi ride ot Yelapa. Walking through the town and swimming in the waterfall was so cool. Plus the beach is wonderful and scattered with a bunch of really friendly dogs who love to play fetch with you. I also really liked surfing at Sayulita. It was really fun although the bus ride there wasn’t.
All in all, I can easily say , this is one of the BEST trips I have every been on. Thank you so much Jeffery for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. It really make the experience that much better. And thanks to Enadina as well. She was so sweet and did such a nice job!. We will all really miss it here but can’t wait for the next time we can come back!
