The View from this Floor is spectacular. Our unit is beautifully decorated and includes all high quality brand new furniture. If you are looking for extraordinary quality at a great price, this condo is for you. The unit has a King bed in the bedroom for your comfort and Queen size very comfortable Leather Sofa bed in the living room and also bunk beds in the bunk area to comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

We also feature a brand new flat screen LCD TVs & DVD players in Living Room and Bedroom. In the beautiful fully equipped kitchen, there are granite counters, full size Brand New appliances and all the modern conveniences that you would expect to have in your home. We also understand the hassle to travel with kids therefore we provide playpen, booster seat, Kids DVDs, and beach toys for your convenience. My wife and I stayed here the week of Labor Day and found the condo to be very good. It is very near Pier Park. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and well as the leather recliner and couch. I found myself napping quite a few times in the recliner. The corner unit offer a unique view of the ocean throught the balcony and side windows which also overlook the swimming pool. Utilities worked fine and the AC kept the rooms cool and comfortable.

We enjoyed a great week in this lovely condo. The condo is extremely clean and very well stocked with everything needed. It offers a great view of the beach, pool and street as it is a corner unit.Vera is great to work with and we will rent from her again.

We spent a week in the condo, and had a wonderful time! Vera was more than accomodating! We couldn't have asked for another thing! It was beautiful, the view was magnificent! It was also an easy walk to pretty much anywhere you wanted to go on the grounds! Very comfortable living space, with great items! (very helpful in the kitchen")
I also greatly appreciated the DVD's, books, beach chairs, and toys! I think it just speaks for the wonderful experience we shared, and the smooth process! Beautiful, and we will definitely be coming back! I would stay no where else! Also if you're going to stay, You must check out Spinnakers!! My favorite restaurant on the Gulf!! Overall our experience was amazing! Thanks Vera!!!
