The View from this Floor is spectacular. Our unit is beautifully decorated and includes all high quality furniture. If you are looking for extraordinary quality at a great price, this condo is for you. The unit has a King bed in the bedroom for your comfort and Queen size very comfortable Leather Sofa bed in the living room and also bunk beds in the bunk area to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Unit also equipped with Free High Speed Internet.

We also feature a brand new flat screen LCD TVs & DVD players in Living Room and Bedroom. In the beautiful fully equipped kitchen, there are granite counters, full size Brand New appliances and all the modern conveniences that you would expect to have in your home. Wonderful Stay

Whole family - Mom, Dad and three kids - had a wonderful stay here. The condo was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Noise was not an issue here. It was very kid friendly. Very conveniently located close to Pier Park.

Fall Break

We took our Grandchildren to PCB on their fall break from school. The accommodations were perfect for the four of us. The room was very well stocked with everything you need, even if you have little ones. We took things that we didn't need to because they were already provided by the owner. There were beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, movies for kids, games, books and much more! The views are awesome! You can sit on the couch or in the recliner and see the beach, ocean and the pier. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Nice Condo

Our stay here at the condo was awesome. This was our 1st stay on the gulf side. We always go on Atlantic side. It is so beautiful up on balcony looking out at the beautiful view from above. The beach is beautiful and the water aqua blue and green. Just beautiful. We will be coming here from now on. The area is a very safe area to be able to walk and not worry about your safety. We walked to Pier Park and loved it. The shops and the good food were amazing. I loved the area. Very, very clean. The owner was very nice and can answer any questions you have on the condo and the area. The condo is very nice and close to grocery store.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Best time ever

The condo is very nice and we really enjoyed our stay here. The best was the ocean view from the living room. You really have to check it out .Our kids loved the toys that were provided for the guests. Vera was very helpful in answering any of our questions and the most important she is a trustful person. We highly recommend this unit. Thanks for everything.

Simply Amazing

This condo is absolutely perfect. It is extremely well maintained and everything in it looks and works like new. The view from the two huge windows and the balcony are amazing. Good views of the ocean, pool, and Pier Park. My fiancee and I had an excellent time and we owe a huge thanks to Vera for accommodating us. She was very helpful and very quick to respond to any emails. We will definitely be staying here again.
