We have a large family and purchased this home to be welcoming to family gatherings. Within walking distance to *RMNP and the YMCA of the Rockies**, it has a great location and our frequent visitors include local wildlife. Sick of the traffic in and out of the park during the summer? Walk into the park and climb aboard the RMNP free shuttle bus to many great hikes and picnic locations! We are also within 3 miles of downtown and during the summer months you can hop on the Estes Park Shuttle for a stress free visit to the local shops and restaurants.
This is an open floor plan with 3 stories. The Main floor consists of a large kitchen with utensils, and a dining room table that seats 10.
