House is located on beautiful Wellesley Island (Lake of the Isles). Wellesley Island is in the St Lawrence River which surrounds Wellesley Island on three sides. The island bounds an internal body of water the Lake of the Isles. This lake opens into the St Lawrence River for boats etc. Boating, fishing and swimming are key activities on the lake. The property is surrounded on two sides by water. There are four decks that overlook the water and one floating dock. Wellesley Island has 2 State Parks, Nature Center, and 3 golf courses. Island has access from Interstate 81. This year the house has been updated with new appliances.
