This corner apartment building consists of only two private units with both a private yard and parking. Upon arrival, you will be pampered with only the best interior finishes. A kitchen with granite tops, an undermount sink, dark wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and halogen lighting. Your two full bathrooms include Kohler tub/shower fixtures and a frameless shower enclosure. Central air conditioning throughout, full size washer/dryer, beautiful marble flooring and warm brazilian cherry wood floors finish off the flooring throughout this apartment. Once outside this apartment, enjoy a 10 minute walk through South Beach's Art Deco district to arrive at Ocean Drive, our world famous beaches, Flamingo Park and Tennis Courts and outdoor shopping and dining along Lincoln Road.

Great house in South Beach best location

I stayed in this house with 6 friends for a week around Halloween. The house is perfectly located close to a minimarket, a Starbucks, very good restaurants and shops. It's a 12 minute walk to the beach. You can take a cab to go everywere in South beach it will cost you less than $5.00. It's very easy to go to all the clubs from here. It's also very close to Lincon Road.

The house is nicely decorated, 8 persons can sleep conmfortable. The kitchen is great and very usefull you can cook and save money instead of having to eat at restaurants all of your meals.

The company that rents this apartment is very trustable, they help us alot while our stay in Miami. Thanks Andrew and Oscar for everything I will definitely stay here again.

Everything in tip-top shape and as advertised!!!

Seven of my friends and I booked a two night weekend stay in early October to celebrate three of their birthdays. My eyes drew immediately to this property because of how quickly the owner, Oscar, responded to my inquiry and the general attractiveness of the property itself.

The good: Pretty much everything!
- Good location (about 10-15 minutes walking to the beach, and one block from Whole Foods)
- Gourmet Kitchen
- Two day beds in the living room, two in the sunroom, and two bedrooms with double beds
- Two bathrooms
- BBQ grill outside

The bad:
- Some may not be as into one of the bathrooms as the other because it's not as modern, but I found it acceptable.

If you're looking for a nice place to stay while in South Beach, this is your place. Thanks, Oscar!

AMAZING

I stayed at this property with 5 other girls. It was AMAZING. The property looks exactly as pictured! I loved the fenced in area which made us feel very safe. When out shuttle dropped us off all the other riders were shocked at where we were staying and awed a how nice it looked! I would definitely stay here again if I have a large group and I highly recommend this property to anyone. The only downfall is that the second bathroom (not pictured) is not updated and did not fit in with the other decor and updates. This was was a damper because no one wanted to use it, since the other bathroom(pictured) is top of the line! Other than that this place was Great! The location is not right on the beach but it is still not too far. There were days we took a cab ride, due to wearing high heals, which was about 4-6 bucks depending where we caught it. The walk does take about 10-15 minutes depending on your pace. The road is lit which was a plus for us. I think the beauty of the condo itself made up for any negatives. However, Update that second bathroom and this place will be Excellent, 5 stars!

Great place to stay in South Beach!!

This is a great place to stay when down at South Beach, everything is walking distance away. I went down with a group of friends and they all liked the apartment. A cab ride was as simple as walking down 2 blocks to Washington. The pictures posted on this site is exactly what the place looks like; very art deco place. There is a large backyard that has high bushes; which let's you hang out in the yard with privacy. I recommend this place to anyone going down to South Beach!!

Great location, Great Lessor

I'd highly recommend staying at this property. It is very centrally located and has access to everything you'll need to enjoy a vacation in SOBE. Situated within walking distance to Whole Foods and other major stores. While the busy beach areas are also a short walk away, you'll still be safely nestled away in your own serene little neighborhood.

I know this review may sound like I work for the property management company, but really I don't! I'm just a long time South Beach vacationer that has been burned by unscrupulous "fly by night" lessors in the past. The ability to deal with a professional company with a long history was extremely reassuring.

The location and appointments were accurately desrcibed and the unit is well kept. The property is clean, well lit, nicely stocked with appliances, etc.

Take my advice and definitely consider this property for your next stay.
