This comfortable villa located in a residential location offers holiday accommodation that feels like home. Furnished to a high standard you will find everything required for your perfect holiday. Its corner plot position means that the pool is not overlooked, and it receives the sun all day long - what more could you want! There is a large community pool just 5 minutes walk away, along with children's play area and tennis / basketball courts. The villa comprises a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast area, open plan lounge diner, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom. Within the double garage is a superb games room including a brand new American Pool table - great fun in the evenings.

Conveniently situated just off Highway 27 at the end of Highway 192 you are just 15 minutes drive from Disney World. The 192 offers numerous restaurants, shops, water parks and crazy golf courses amongst other attractions. There is a Winn Dixie supermarket and a large Wal-mart store where you can get all your requirements just a couple of minutes away. The villa is perfectly situated to enable you to relax after a hard day at the parks or shops. In a quiet, relaxing environment away from the tourist hustle and bustle, but just minutes from all the big attractions. If you fancy a trip to the beach just join the Interstate 4, which will take you to Tampa and Clearwater beach to the west or Cape Canavarel and the Kennedy Space Center in the east.

Notes: The villa comprises three good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and 'his and hers' vanity unit. Between the other double and twin bedrooms there is a further bathroom. There is a fully screened, private pool with a large 'deck' area, patio furniture and a BBQ. Fully fitted kitchen, washing machine and dryer. In the lounge you will find TV, DVD and Hi-fi. The double garage is now a fantastic games room complete with an American Pool table. There is outside parking for two cars.

Golfers Info: Around the Orlando area there are many excellent courses. Locally, both Legends (6 miles North on US 27) and Orange County (9 miles away on the 192) boast championship courses. The nearest course is probably Highlands Reserve, about 4 miles South on US27. You usually need to book seven days in advance. You will find many of the courses offer “Twilight” hours, normally after 1pm – 3pm (depending on the time of year). If you can get round reasonably quickly you should get 18 holes in – and at a reduced green fee.

What a truly wonderful time my family and I have just had!! We have only been back 8 days and would like to let everyone know it is highly recommended and I would endorse the villa to anyone who is thinking of renting
The villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac and is only Twenty Mins away from the Disney Parks and Discovery Cove.
It is very spacious with a huge luxurious en suite to the Master bedroom. Staying in the villa made you feel part of the local community and not a tourist ” thank god “ !!
It is so peaceful and the pool is just fab, clean and safe ...infact everything is clean, it’s just perfect for a stay in Florida. There are local food stores and diners that are situated within a short drive.
We will be booking a holiday there again next year for sure but not telling when!! Just incase I miss out. ;-)

Excellent value family accommodation

The villa really is like being at home - with more space! The master bathroom and bedroom with walk in closet are especially luxurious. The villa has everything you could possibly need whilst on a family holiday and we all loved using the pool and inflatables.

Although the position of the villa is a little way from the attractions, this was not a problem and being a mainly residential area it is very quiet. In addition, the neighbours were extremely friendly and gave us some useful tips.

I would book the villa again if I returned to Orlanda.

Excellant value accomodation

After a delayed flight and driving in the dark, we managed to find the property easily from the directions given by the owner.
Lovely well-maintained villa in a very peaceful and friendly neighbourhood. Inside the villa it is very comfortable and spacious. Master bedroom and bathroom to my standards are huge, with a great walk in wardrobe. Large and comfortable lounge, and the kitchen has everything needed for self catering accommodation. The children loved the pool table in the garage.
The pool area is really private and the pool heating was well worth paying the extra for. After returning from a long day out, it was lovely to relax in the pool.
The property is just off the 192, so is really near to many attractions and restaurants. Very near to all the disney parks aswell.
This was our third stay in Orlando and definately the best property we have stayed in so far. The owners provided good customer service with plenty of information in their villa and previous to placing a booking were very helpful and informative in their emails.
I would certainly recommend staying here and would definately return, very good value for money.

good value for a great price

a nice house in a nice area. close to all the things you need (supermarkets, disney attraction, shopping malls) in orlando. pool billiard in the garage is great :-) the heated pool is also perfect after a long day in the theme parks or shopping malls. you'll find everything you need in the kitchen. only the mattresses have to be changed...they are not good especially for people with back problems!
but all in all....a nice stay in your villa! thanks & greatings from germany

A great choice for families with young children

This was our first family vacation to Disney and it was perfect! The house was clean, simple and cozy, and it was the right size for our family (2 children, 3 adults). Our 5 year old twins had a great time in the pool with all the fun pool toys. The grapefruit tree was a hit (yummy!) and we were thrilled to see armadillos around the yard.
It was about 15 mins to the Disney parks and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We really liked the location - not far from anything, but far enough from the busy & touristy areas.
The twin beds were a bit uncomfortable and could use new mattresses, and there was no box for recycling.
But great value overall and we would recommend.
