SUPERB 3 BED VILLA, SECLUDED SUNNY POOL, GAMES ROOM, CABLE TV, WIRELESS INTERNET

HAVING STAYED AT A NUMBER OF PROPERTIES IN THE AREA HAVE GOT TO SAY THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST,,WELL MAINTAINED,CLEAN AND CARED FOR.THE OWNERS ARE VERY HELPFUL,PLENTY OF INFO ABOUT EVEREYTHING.TRY THE COMMUNITY POOL BRILL AND WE WERE THE ONLY ONES USING IT ! WILL CERTAINLEY BE USING AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.TRV/DAWN.HULL.E.YORKS

This was our first time in Disney and we were trying to do it on a budget. I was a bit hesitant at first renting a home so far away and on top of that the owner living in another country....But to my surprise it was All so wonderful. Liz answered every question and I didnt have to worry for anything. The home was clean and full of everything a family vacation home needs. The kids enjoyed the pool and night swimming was the best! The home was very convenient to stores and restaurants. We were right in the middle of everything we needed without it feeling like a tourist area. Disney was about 15 minutes away which gave us time to relax before the long day and a place to rest at the end of a long day.The 3 seperate bedrooms gave everyone a quiet place to rest without feeling like we were cramped.The neighborhood was quiet and safe.We will be recommending this home to our family and friends and when we go back to Florida this will be the place that I call "home". Thank you so much Liz for opening your home to my family it gave us such a stress free vacation and your prompt answers helped me feel at ease.

Spotlessly clean and spacious. Everything the owner has stated about this place is entirely truthful and the photos are the same. It's at the end of a quiet cul de sac.You simply cannot be disappointed. We have been recommending this property to everyone. It cannot be beaten for the price paid.

The air conditioning throughout is a life saver in August, however it doesn't extend into the garage which means you have to wear even less to have a game of pool ! Yes, it's a real, proper sized slate bed table. Plenty of games provided for kids too. Decent telly for watching dreadful American TV. Perfectly placed for supermarkets (give Wal Mart a miss and go to Publix - about 300 yards away) and only about 15 mins or so from Disney.

It's a doddle to find (this was our first ever trip to the good ol' US of A) and the directions supplied were accurate.

We know it costs a fortune to go to Discovery Cove - but do please go. The "swim" with the dolphin will never ever be forgotten.

Oh and try the Red Lobster restaurant chain.

Don't book anywhere else, book Marsh Court ! (No we aren't relatives or friends of the owner- just two very very satisfied customers)
