Stay directly on a beautiful beach in Brewster. This charming cottage is what many people picture for the ideal Cape Cod family vacation. Its unique appeal is that it's directly on a private, neighborhood beach, yet remarkably private and set apart in its upscale Bayside neighborhood, mostly due to Town of Brewster undeveloped dune land adjacent to the west of this property. It's less than 100 feet from the door to the beach steps. The beach is contiguous to Brewster's Breakwater Beach, a public town beach. So there are likely to be other kids to play with not far away! Features both a large open deck across the entire beach side, plus a separate screened porch with new large table for outdoor dining or puzzles and games with the kids. Cable TV, high-speed Internet and a large propane lighted charcoal grill for Dad! Four BRs, but one has two sets of bunks so there's room for four younger children.
