Located on Old Garth Rd. just beyond the back entrance to Farmington Country Club, this house is convenient to both UVA and Barracks Road Center, and is only 32 mi. from skiing at Wintergreen. Positioned high above the road amongst tall trees on a three acre lot, the house lends a sense of privacy. In the back, a flagstone terrace surrounded by natural flora and huge azaleas provides a great place to enjoy Charlottesville's awesome weather. Inside, feel right at home in the beautiful kitchen and great room. The upstairs contains three bedrooms and three baths, while across a short breezeway along one side of the patio are two more bedrooms and a bath. This house is great for one large family, two families, or even a group of friends in town for a reunion.

Our family enjoyed use of this home in July when in Charlottesville for a wedding. Our adult children and two granddaughters (9 total) had plenty of room to spread out.
The location was great. Central for our needs, yet felt very
serene and private.
The owner quickly brought us a missing pack-n-play for the baby and my daughter enjoyed having the "wing" for
her family.
This large home is perfect for a group or large family.
