Photos and Description of the Jay Peak vacation townhome rental 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, sleeps 10, w/ Sauna!

Luxury townhouse unit. Ski-In/Ski-out onto Raccoon Run and the Village Chair lift. Three floors with two living rooms. 42 inch flat screen TV, gas fireplace and outdoor deck with gas grill facing the trail. Unit is fully stocked with all amenities including a washer and dryer, High-speed Internet service, cable TV, DVD, VCR, and a Sauna. King bed in Master Suite. Two single beds in each of two bedrooms. Queen bed in downstairs bedroom with full bathroom. Sleeper sofa & TV in downstairs living room. I have 6 corporate ski lift passes that i use for my clients and employees and I make them available to my weekly rentals at no extra charge.

We rented this property in March 2009. It was all that we expected. The location of the unit is perfect, right on the slope to the lift. Everything was really clean and comfortable. We stayed with another family (4 adults and 5 children in total) and everyone really enjoyed their visit. There was plenty of room for us not to be overcrowded.
The sauna is a nice add-on. Great place!
