Bryson City Vacation Rental house

Some of my family members, all women, ages 37+, got together for our annual trip. This year we decided to visit Bryson City. I had a hard time finding a place that would accommodate all of us within 1 home. Thanks to the Home Away website, I was able to find Deer Ridge located in Almond, NC. The people I worked with in making the reservation were super nice to deal with. The entire reservation process went smoothly, no problems. We all loved Deer Ridge. The views from within the home and outside the home were breathtaking. The landscaping was beautiful. We were on top of the mountain away from everyone else. We didn't venture too far out on the walking trails around Deer Ridge as we didn't want to come upon a bear. The cabin is located only about 20 miles from the city of Bryson City and is close to the river rafting. It was a very relaxing trip for all of us. We had our morning devotions from the main living room and on the magnificent wrap-around porch. Deer Ridge more than accommodated our group size. We loved the high thread count linens and down comforters. The hot tub was really great to relax in at night after a day of walking and shopping. Deer Ridge is a first-class home. I would highly recommend Deer Ridge to anyone wanting to get away and relax. It's really great for a large family or even for a business retreat. Deer Ridge's location puts on a spectacular show of all the beauty God has created. The lower level of Deer Ridge has its own kitchenette and living room area with t.v. That works well for someone who has trouble climbing stairs. We all wished we had more time at Deer Ridge. I made 600 photographs during our weekend stay. There were lots of cameras snapping the entire weekend. Deer Ridge is fantastic and is just beyond words.
