You can enjoy hearing the waves&surf and watching dolphins at this location. See the dolphins play and watch the phenomenal sunsets. The Palms Complex has a its own private pool, private beach walk over and deeded beach access. The unit has just been painted in 5 new beachy colors, new Silestone counter tops, all cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms refaced, new light fixtures and faucets, and a Sunbrella Sleeper Sofa plus a love seat. Palms is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants,grocery stores and activities for the whole family. Fishing, golf, putt-putt, water sports, amusement parks, the Gulfarium, and more.

Full equipped kitchen: The condo has a coffee maker, toaster, can opener, wine opener, microwave, crock pot, ice cream maker, blender and hair dryer. The condo also has a iron and ironing board.

Parking: Parking is available in the lot and is unassigned. There is an elevator and stairs. There is a roller cart under the stairwells for guests to transport luggage to their condo. Please return to stairwell.

Pool: There is a heated pool from November to April. There is also a bathroom to use for the guests

Other Activities: Parasailing, miniature golf, raquetball, kayaking, shopping, boating, horseshoes, diving, spa, basketball, shelling, shuffleboard

this condo is fabulous! the colors & decor are fun & functional. great view of the beautiful white sandy beach. the beach service was a nice touch. our family had a wonderful time, & we will rent this condo again.
great location & all the comforts of home. thanks terri, we loved it!!!!

have told several friends about this condo! They all want to stay! We hope to come back to Oko. Island and will stay at the same condo again!

Beautiful Paradise!

We had an awesome time in this lovely condo. I would highly recommend this place for people of all ages. Owner was very helpful & pleasant to deal with. The heated pool was a treat but our favorite was watching the dolphins visit daily from the balcony!

I had a great vacation. The condo was lovely,nice and clean; the beach beautiful. Great view from the balcony
Perfect to go with friends or for families with kids.
The owner was very helpfull providing tips.
The pool was smaller than what it looks on the pictures.


Very relaxing!
