This home is the second floor/unit of a two-family duplex. Enjoy the spectacular ocean views from the open living/dining/kitchen area with fireplace and lots of windows. Or relax on the front deck and enjoy the ocean breeze and beautiful sunsets over the bay. The gourmet granite and stainless kitchen is fully equipped and includes most tools you will need for gourmet dining and entertaining. Pantry closet includes washer and dryer. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the third bedroom is outfitted as an office. Lifeguards are on duty during the summer season and beach badges are included with rental. Restaurants, shops, marina and beautiful bayfront park are within walking distance. This home is beautifully furnished and has never been rented. It is a comfortable and fully equipped home away from home. We think our home is an ideal rental for a small family or 1 -2 professionals who will make use of the separate office

My over-stressed friend and I just enjoyed a wonderful & relaxing week in this beautifully appointed, well maintained, bright & airy rental on this very nice block in Harvey Cedars. Wraparound windows and a comfortably furnished, large wraparound deck offered us gorgeous views of the ocean, as well as the bay (beautiful sunsets). Also, it is steps to the ocean beach, which does not get very crowded, so is a pleasure to spend the day on.

Website information and photos do not do this property justice. Our two week vacation there was made very memorable by the quality of the facilities the property provides. Felt very much like a home from home and exceeded expectations.

The location is superb being yards from the beach, and in a very quiet part of Harvey Cedars. The views are great.
