Other resorts are close to town, Cabo Villa is in Cabo ( a few short blocks to downtown, Marina, shopping, etc.) Some resorts features a long range view of the Cabo Bay & Lands End (famous huge rock with hole ) .... You are at Cabo Bay with Lands Ends & Lovers Beach just across the bay. A water taxi off your beach can take you for a tour of the Bay, Sightseeing ,Lands End ,to Downtown Cabo, etc. From your patio or patio Hot tub you can watch the cruise ships or many activities in the bay or on the beach. If you love the Beach , A Great Vacation , Cabo Villa is your resort.

Save By Renting Directly From The Owners!: Rent directly from the owners and save. The resort charges $4,305 to $5,590 with taxes for one week. Our price is $1,795 to $2,995 ( Negotiable). Make your reservation 60 to 90 days in advance or call/ email your reservation request. All payments are via eBay Pay Pal ( All Major Credit Cards Are Accepted via eBay Pay Pal). Once reservation is confirmed with the resort a 50% deposit is required(within 16 hours). You will receive a confirmation from Cabo Villas Beach Resort. The balance is due in 30 days, payment must be paid in full if vacationing sooner than 30 days. Sorry, the resort offers no refunds. There are no Refunds on any reservation or payments made for any reason.

My stay at Cabo was excellent. The service was amazing. There wasn't a moment at my stay that I didn't have a Cabo Wabo in hand. But I must say the best part about the resort is if you want to party just yards away is the " Timeshare Free Zone'' resturant and bar. Also if you want to relax you can sit on the beach and people watch. The beach there is beautiful. The sea is always calm. It's perfect for people for children because the sea is NEVER rough. They have a special roped off space for you to swim. Also there are tons of activities to do on the beach. Snorkle, rent wave runners, tubing and bananna boat. The list goes on and on. You will never run out of beach activities. Hate how beaches always have cigarette butts? Cabo Villas cleans their beaches every day!!!! Cabo Villas has the most comfortable beach chairs. There like a big leather matress. Cabo Villas has the most convient location. Just under two bocks is the marina and down town. The marina has a fabulous shopping center and flea market. Also there is no need for a taxi because you're so close to downtown and the marina. Also, on the pool deck Cabo Villas has planned activities. Cabo Villas has an excellent full service spa. You can go in for a routine massage or for a more exotic treatment. If I ever get the chance to go to Cabo Villas again I would do it in a heart beat.

"My stay at Cabo Villas was spectacular! The service was excellent and always willing to go above and beyond for my needs! The location was wonderful, right in the heart of Cabo San Lucas and walking distance from the downtown area with clubs, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The resort was filled with welcoming and friendly guests that enhanced our stay and made it enjoyable for people of all ages. The food, service and luxury appeal of Cabo Villas made it a memorable stay in Mexico and a place to continue to go every year!"

Cabo Villas is a absolutely gorgeous place to vacation! Our suite was right by the ocean and the view was beautiful. I have never seen such magnificent sunsets before in my life! The service was exceptional. The staff would go above and beyond to meet your every need. I would definitely stay here again when I travel to Cabo San Lucus!
