Palm Springs condominium residence is located in South Palm Springs area 5 minutes from down town.

This Condo is at the Phase III of the Biltmore nestled against the quiet hills and majestic San Jacinto mountain range of Palm Springs with downtown just five minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike.

This is the perfect place to unwind in the desert for months at a time.

The minimum rental is for 30 days.

Enjoy the quiet setting in this newly remodeled unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms designed for a comfortable, cool feeling even on the hot days.

The wall colors are warm and the tile in the living room helps keep the rooms cool.

There is a 37" flat screen TV in the living room with cable, a DVD player and smaller TVs in each bedroom have DVD players for those days that you just want to stay in bed and watch a movie.

The unit is on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool area.

There is an entrance to the balcony from both bedrooms and living room.

The view from the balcony is facing the pool.

For those who want to enjoy the pool, all you have to do is go out the front door of the unit and down 1 flights of stairs to the pool area.

This is a very quiet community and the landscaping is plush and always being manicured with fresh seasonal flowers.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, sitting area and access to the patio. The guest bedroom includes a queen size bed, TV and an entrance to the patio. Both bathrooms feature a beautiful tiled shower.

The Kitchen is fully updated with modern cabinets and a livingstone countertop with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is also fully stocked with cooking and baking utensils. If you are busy working in the kitchen, your guest(s) can sit at the counter and talk to you.

Wireless Internet service flows throughout the condo for the vacationer who needs to surf the web or check email.

Definitely a quiet getaway. I loved the peace and serenity of the Biltmore Estates. The weather was perfect. The condo is away from street traffic, so at night it is very quiet. The unit is very clean and has all amenities to cook.

Stayed for the month. The condo is immaculate. I feel like I am at a 5 star resort. A beautiful balcony overlooking the pool is the place to have your morning coffee or tea and watch the hummingbirds bounce from tree to tree.
