Condo, 1 Bedroom + Bunk Area, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4-6)

Remarkable completely renovated unit with new everything! One of the nicest units in the entire complex! This villa is in building C. Less than 100 yards to the beach or large pool with separate children's pool, this second-floor villa has a view of the ocean and pool from the balcony. There is also an elevator close to the unit. Beach toys and chairs for your use are on the porch.

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite tennis, convenience store, pro-shop, Restaurant, along with a Poolside bar and grill. Within five miles are over ten golf courses, charter fishing, and sightseeing cruises.

This Non-Smoking villa features a Master bedroom with queen size bed, and adjoining bath. Two bunk beds built into the hallway. Living room with queen sleeper, TV/DVD, and radio. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, range, and refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffeemaker. Dining room seats Four.

Will Stay Here Again!!!

Just got back from Hilton Head. We had a wonderful time. Purvis (the owner) is great!!! The condo had everything we needed and very clean. We loved the location of the condo. Walked to pool and ocean and restaurant. We ate at Bali Hai Restaurant (on premise) and had the early bird special-it was great. My husband also ate oysters in the shell there-$3.00 per bucket and loved them. The condo does not have much of an ocean view but we did not care because we did not spend that much time inside. Again, thanks Purvis!!! We definitley will stay here again.

Nice condo, not ocean view or ocean front

When I arrived at the condo on Saturday I was expecting ocean view based on the picture from the balcony – that picture must have been taken several years ago because there are now palm trees blocking any view of the ocean. This condo is not ocean front as the title says, or ocean view as the description says as you read farther into it. The blinds in the bedroom do not block out any light. The condo is nicely decorated and had everything we needed, with the exception of the view we were anticipating.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Morgan / 40 Folly Field Rd / We are working towards getting the Palm Tree replaced. We also put a mirror over the window and the room is completely dark now when you want it to be. Also just replaced all mattresses

Just returned from staying at this beautiful condo! Located in Building C makes it so convenient to get to the beach or the huge pool located on the property.The condo had everything our family of four needed for our week-long stay - fully equiped kitchen, all towels and linens, comfortable furnishings, wi-fi, snd cable. We enjoyed Jamaica Joe's Bar and Grill on the property and even rented bikes for the week right on the grounds. You cannot beat this rate to stay on Hilton Head Island! This is our second year staying at this condo and we hope to be back for many more!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo and at the resort! Everything was clean and nicely updated. The condo included everything we needed during our stay. The owner was very helpful in answering and questions we had. Our family really enjoyed the pool, beach and tennis courts. We hope to visit HHI again and would love to stay in this condo again as well.

This was my first time using VRBO for a vacation rental at the beach. The owner was the first to respond and even told us all of his favorite spots on the island. I highly recommend this condo! It is clean, newly remodeled and hilton head beach and tennis is a very quiet area, yet centrally located. I already asked my husband if we could come back next year and stay here again.
