Dining room seats Four. Mounted Flat Screen in Bedroom on a swivel mount!!
Blu-Ray Player offers Netflix, HuluPlus, etc. with your account. Clock Radio above TV offers Bluetooth connectivity + Audio cable in back for music options.
This 2nd-floor, End Unit villa is steps away from elevator...and extremely close to parking. Handicap accessible.
The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

Reservations will be made by owner through the resort front desk. All reservation fee policies and refunds are based on Resort Policies.
**Just to be clear, I always provide rates less than what the resort would charge, but once I book your stay with them, all money handling and reservation inquiries are made through them. I do not handle any money.**

RESORT PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY
*At time of making reservation a thirty (30%) percent deposit will be due. Full payment is due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. If reservations is made less than fourteen days prior to arrival, the entire amount is due at time of making reservation.
RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a started supply of toilet tissue, Kleenex, and paper towels.
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am. (Hours for check in could be flexible depending on check outs of others)
-Any payment by check must be accompanied by driver's license, state of issue, and date of birth.
-Local telephone service is complimentary, long distance calls must be collect or charged to a calling card.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Front Desk is open at 7:00am to 11:00pm daily in season, late check-ins may report to the security gate.

This Unit has everything that I wanted to be offered and therefore offering it to others with the perfect weekend, week long stay, including snowbird offers. There are enough amenities that you could go a whole weekend and never have to leave the resort. I love the Beach and the Island and all that it offers with its 'Outdoor Lifestyle'

This condo was absolutely perfect for a girls trip. Very clean and updated with a very comfy bed. Perfect for making breakfast and lunches and such a short walk to the beach. The amenities at this place are fantastic and the pool is HUGE!
Owners were fantastic to work with and really know the island and the "hot spots" to visit.
Definitely worth booking again!

Enjoyed our girls stay at this wonderful condo, the unit nicely updated, very modern and clean. Tastefully decorated. Balcony was roomy for sitting and sipping. Owner has taken great pride in making this a nice place for his guests who stay. I loved the location as well. It was right by the stairs and elevator so it was easy to unload. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Loved that there was a TV in the bedroom as well as the comfy mattress in Master! Just a very short walk to the pool and ocean and even loved that there was a bar and restaurant by the beach. Even though we did not use the pool, it looked fabulous! Next time for sure. It really is the largest pool on HHI.
Close to a lot of shopping, grocery stores and restaurants to choose from that were all less than 2 miles away.
I will definitely stay here again!!!!
First, let me say what a pleasure Kevin was. He answered all my questions and eased all my concerns. The condo was perfect! We didn't want to leave. It was just right for a cozy little getaway. The condo had everything we needed and was close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. There was only two of us, but there are built in twin bunks in the hallway that would be perfect for kids. Very pleased at how clean it was and the basic necessities that were provided. Loved the decorations, comfy furniture, and having a tv in the bedroom. The staff at the resort were super nice also. The condo was so great that we didn't even mind being stuck inside because of all the rain. That should speak volumes to anyone considering renting this property. I certainly plan to again. Wow this condo was so perfect for my family of 3. First I must say Kevin was awesome, informative, and very fast with his responses. The condo was very clean and had very modern appliances and decor. we loved how clean and nice the balcony furniture was and you can see the ocean peeking over the dunes! We can't wait to visit again and we will be staying here again!!! Ps great spot for dolphin watching.
We stayed at this unit the beginning of March. We loved the condo. It was very clean and comfy and we had a TV in the bedroom we could watch while relaxing in bed. It was a nice size for the two of us even though we had room for another couple.Another nice thing was the elevator. It wasn't too far from the condo so we didn't have to climb stairs with all our luggage. We took our bikes and had a nice ride from that location. Near a nice new shopping area and near Shelter Cove where we like to go and walk around. Loved the beach area. Would recommend this condo to all my friends and family.The next time we go we will definitely book this same unit. unit.
