Upon moving to Vero Beach with my husband, Harvey, we quickly realized this place was a dream come true. I decided to rent to seasonal visitors and have never looked back. I've met some of the most interesting, colorful people ever and it's all happening in paradise. I developed my beach house with the tropics in mind and created an atmosphere that allows people to transfer themselves in mind/body/spirit so they can feel like they truly escaped. Come visit; you'll be enchanted.
Colleen Rosenbaum purchased this house in 2006
I chose Vero Beach because it was aquatic, tropical, friendly, and beautiful. This house just oozes all of that with style. I couldn't ask for more.
We would recommend this property to anyone and everyone!! The home is every bit as lovely as it looks (probably more so, actually), clean, well-appointed with every convenience imaginable, and one block from one of the prettiest, widest beaches I've ever seen (and I've seen a few!). The beach is also dog friendly before 9am and after 4pm (which we found to be quite generous). The entire neighborhood is quite dog friendly actually. Colleen and Harvey are delightful as "landlords"....probably could be your next best friends. We like to golf and there are 2 really nice public courses within 25 minutes. Bike riding is great (we brought our own and used the two seater in the garage for guests to join us). Vero has plenty of restaurant choices and the overall atmosphere is restful but with plenty to do if you so choose. There really is no 'down' side to renting here and we found the price to be quite competitive. It's a wonderful break from winters up north!!!
The Treasure Lane Beach house was even nicer than the pictures. It's a perfect place to spend during the brutal winter norths back home while also have your grandchildren visit. Plenty of space with everything you could possibly need for the beach and for the kitchen. We especially enjoyed our morning and afternoon walks on the beach with our dog. The neighborhood is super friendly as well.
Our family was in Vero Beach for a Thanksgiving wedding and a group of us stayed at Treasure Island for the week and it was wonderful. The house is beautiful and appeared to have been professionally decorated. As we ate most our meals at home the fully equipped kitchen was perfect. The location couldn’t have of been better with the beach being within in a short walk and downtown a quick car ride away. We’ve already had conversations regarding a 2015 repeat, minus the wedding. Thank you Colleen for making our family feel welcomed.

We have stayed at Colleen's beautiful home twice in the past two years and hoping to go back again next spring!
The house is immaculate and the pool area is like being in a resort. The beach is about a minute walk and is private and peaceful.
The house has every amenity you will need for your stay!
Vero Beach has many great restaurants and shops to choose from. Some of our favorites are Citrus Grill, Maison Martinique, Mulligans is a fun restaurant/bar. There are many restaurants on the mainland that are fabulous as well!
You will not be disapointed with this beautiful property! It is as beautful as the pictures display!!
Thank you, Colleen for a wonderful stay. Close and private beach access. Lovely home with all the amenities. Buffy, our Yorkie-Poo, loved her walks on the beach. Nothing like a swim in the pool to start the day. We'll come back to Vero Beach. Blessings to you.

This casually eco-oriented chic oceanside beach house is tucked between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon, just steps from your seductive, private beach. A most charming coastal paradise abounds with activities such as golf, tennis, boating, surfing, fishing, swimming, kayacking, sightseeing, and shopping opportunities to name a few. As a first-rate cultural center, Vero Beach hosts tantalizing theatres, art, comedy and more. Popular venues include Riverside, Lyric, and Sunrise Theaters. There's also ample museums and ecological centers, such as the McKee Botanical Garden, The Vero Art, Mel Fischer's, and Navy Seal Museums. You can search for treasure troves of bounty from the 1715 hurricane's sunken galleons then chill out in one of the many great restaurants, cafes, or pubs. Your adventure can take you trekking through the picturesque seacoast via the on-site bicycle-built-for-2, body board, snorkle, kayack or even by pontoon boat. Ultimately, you may be surprised to fine your hidden treasure was all along right under your own two feet.
