Beautiful Wells Beach Property located in Southern Maine. Less than 100 steps to the Beach. Beautiful views of the Marsh and Wildlife. Less than 1/2 mile to the Jetty for fishing and observing wildlife (seals in harbor). Marina is located at Jetty for fishing, whale watches and other recreational boating activities. Less than 1/2 mile to Boardwalk Arcade and shopping. Some of the best shopping and restaurants are in Wells, Kennybunkport, York and Ogonquit. Unique shopping and antiquing along coastal Route 1 in Maine. Some of the best outlet shopping can be found in Kittery Maine. Miniature golf, amusement parks, zoo, wildlife sanctuary, nature walks, hiking, biking and many other activities are all available in the Wells Beach area.
