Playa del Carmen Vacation Rental condo

This condo is brand new and is nicely appointed. The highlight of the condo is the large private rooftop solarium with the jacuzzi tub. The beds are very comfortable and the furniture is nice. The condo is located just a few blocks from 5th Avenue and the beach in the heart of downtown playa yet is not right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. The property managers are extremely helpful with anything that you would need. Another nice feature is the safe that is available so you can lock up your valuables and passport. We did not use it but there is an underground parking spot for a car. There is not much parking available in the area. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils needed if you choose to cook. We like to eat out so generally used the kitchen only for breakfast although we did cook steaks on the grill one night. Another nice feature is the elevator, especially for carrying your bags or groceries up to the 3rd floor. The pool area is also very nice but we did not go swimming. Overall it was a great experience and the nicest place we have stayed at in Playa.
